From Manchester, Named by Manchester
Every chopping board we make is named after a park in Greater Manchester.
It started close to home. Our workshop sits in a city shaped by industry, but softened by its green spaces — parks where people slow down, meet up, walk the dog, clear their heads, or just take a breather from the noise. They’re part of everyday life here, just like a good chopping board is part of a working kitchen.
Naming our boards after these parks felt natural. It gives each piece an identity, a sense of place, and a quiet connection to where it was made. No serial numbers or abstract product names — just real places, rooted in the region that inspires our work.
Like the parks themselves, every board is different. Same purpose, different character. Some are bold, some understated, all made to be used, looked after, and enjoyed over time.
It’s our way of keeping things local, honest, and grounded.
