Many of our items are made-to-order or handcrafted in small batches, which means they may take longer to dispatch than ready-made items.

While we do our very best to meet the estimated dispatch times, please allow for extra time during busy periods, such as holidays, seasonal peaks, or unexpected demand. We’ll always keep you updated if your order is delayed.

For pallet deliveries, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a delivery date when someone can receive the order.

Please note: pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and drivers cannot carry items beyond the delivery point.
