We carefully handcraft and package each order from our UK studio. Please see the details below for shipping options, costs, and timelines.

Handmade Lead Times & Busy Periods

Many of our items are made-to-order or handcrafted in small batches, which means they may take longer to dispatch than ready-made items.

While we do our very best to meet the estimated dispatch times, please allow for extra time during busy periods, such as holidays, seasonal peaks, or unexpected demand. We’ll always keep you updated if your order is delayed.

United Kingdom

Small Parcels 

• Cost: Free

• Carrier: Royal Mail (or similar)

• Service: Tracked 48 (or similar)

• Delivery Upgrade: Available at checkout for an additional cost

Processing Times:

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days

• Made-to-order items: dispatched within 7–14 days

Large Items (Pallet Delivery)

• Cost: £30.00

• Carrier: Palletline

• Service: Dependent on location (typically 1–2 working days from dispatch)

• Delivery Upgrade: Not available

Processing Times:

• In-stock items: dispatched within 2 working days

• Made-to-order items: dispatched within 7–14 days

For pallet deliveries, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a delivery date when someone can receive the order.

Please note: pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and drivers cannot carry items beyond the delivery point.

International Orders

We’re not currently able to offer international shipping through this website. However, international orders can be fulfilled via our Etsy shop:
